DU GETS MAXIMUM APPLICANT FROM CBSE BOARD
CBSE board is fast growing as the most preferred branch all over the country. So, every year the number of enrollment into CBSE is skyrocketting. This fact was conspicuous from the number of applicants to Delhi university this year.
This year Delhi University has received maximum number of applicants from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). This year 87,414 students from CBSE board have applied for admission to undergraduate courses offered by various colleges of the varsity.
The number is followed by 4,235 from the Indian School Certificate (ISC) held by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, 3,619 students from UP board, 2,099 from Haryana board, 1,629 from Bihar board and 207 from Rajasthan board have applied for seeking admission at DU.
